Welcome to Beauty Connect. By using Beauty Connect’s services, websites, applications, and integrated channels (“Beauty Connect Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1 Definitions
“User” refers to any individual accessing Beauty Connect Services. “Merchant Partner” refers to salons, spas, clinics, or wellness centers onboarded to Beauty Connect. “Bookings” refer to appointment requests made by Users. “Marketing Campaigns” refer to promotional activities executed by Beauty Connect on behalf of Merchant Partners.
2 Services
Beauty Connect provides a platform to discover, book, and purchase beauty and wellness services. Merchant Partners are solely responsible for service delivery. Beauty Connect acts only as a technology provider.
3 User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms may be suspended or terminated.
4 Bookings
Users may book services directly via Beauty Connect. Prices, availability, and quality of services are the sole responsibility of Merchant Partners.
5 Payments
Beauty Connect facilitates secure payments via approved payment gateways. Beauty Connect does not store payment details. Refunds and disputes are handled by Merchant Partners.
6 Marketing Campaigns & Analytics
Users may receive promotional campaigns from Merchant Partners via Beauty Connect’s system. Merchant Partners do not receive raw customer data. Campaign performance is measured in aggregated form only (open rates, clicks, conversions, demographics). Users may opt out of receiving marketing at any time.
7 Jobs Platform
Beauty Connect provides a jobs feature where Merchant Partners may post job ads and skilled professionals may apply. Beauty Connect is not responsible for employment relationships, hiring decisions, or labor compliance.
8 Data Privacy
Beauty Connect values User privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Personal information is processed only as outlined in the Privacy Notice.
9 Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse Beauty Connect Services, attempt unauthorized access, use fraudulent information, or conduct unlawful activities through the platform.
10 Termination
Beauty Connect may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may stop using the Services at any time.
11 Intellectual Property
All platform software, trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Beauty Connect or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12 Disclaimer
Beauty Connect provides Services on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or Merchant Partner services.
13 Limitation of Liability
Beauty Connect is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused by Merchant Partner services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
14 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Beauty Connect against claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila.
